Real talk...I wasn't always a "yogi," but after completely burning out in my corporate career I knew I had to make my health a top priority. A friend dragged me to my first yoga class and I was frustrated that it didn't come easily to me since I'd been an athlete all my life. A true Aries who’s always up for a challenge, I made myself hit the mat regularly and started feeling so empowered and strong. I decided to sign up for teacher training in 2010 at Sonic Yoga in NYC to deepen my practice and fell so in love with yoga that made the BEST decision of my life and quit my day job to pursue teaching full-time.

For over a decade I led classes all over NYC and retreats worldwide. During the pandemic I decided to make a huge life change and relocated to sunny South Florida. I built a thriving Virtual Studio where you can join me for live classes from your computer screen, or enjoy a recorded flow from my extensive On- Demand Library.

My classes are playful, creatively sequenced, and friendly to all! I’m also a big music junkie and curate my playlists to make class with me a fun sensory experience. It’s my mission as a teacher to make yoga accessible to everyone, and never make my students feel intimidated. You’re in great hands with me on the mat!

Ina Visich

The founder of Solntse Hot Yoga, RYT 200 and avid entrepreneur, founder of NoFoPlantCo, NofoPaddleCo and co-founder of Inhales Wellness, who opened Solntse Hot Yoga studio in Wading River in 2016 because she fell in love with yoga several years prior and wanted to show that love to people in the community, which lacked a local studio. In the studios, besides usually scheduled classes, Ina offers free monthly meditation sessions and other workshops to help educate the community on how beneficial practicing yoga is to ones' physical and emotional health. By opening the studio Ina was hoping to help a lot of people to overcome health issues and live better and healthier lives by integrating yoga into their everyday routines. As a beginner yogi herself, Ina focuses her classes on sharing important knowledge about all the limbs of yoga rather than just the physical Asana practice, including pranayama and mudra exercises. Her classes are very well balanced and designed to work on all of the areas of the physical and emotional body.

Ina enjoys leading international yoga retreats and taking her students to spectacular retreat centers all over the world.
